Brodsky

Design project for the premium residential complex "Brodsky" by the leading developer Vesper, with finished interior decoration.
The main task was to plan the furniture layout to meet the needs of the future homeowners, while delicately complementing the existing design elements with carefully selected furniture, lighting, and décor. One of the primary requirements was to provide ample storage space for clothes, personal belongings, and household appliances, which resulted in numerous walk-in closets. Additionally, a large portion of the apartment was dedicated to children's and play areas, as the clients have four children of varying ages. In the end, we were able to integrate all of the client's requirements and create a harmonious and pleasant modern interior with light tones and a variety of interesting finishes and materials.

Despite the initial simplicity of the finishing, we aimed to add uniqueness to the interior. Therefore, we utilized wall panels made of natural oak, walnut, and eucalyptus veneers in accent zones. Additionally, patinated brass panels and soft textile panels were employed. Our color palette was proposed in subdued light tones with contrasting elements such as the TV wall, chairs, and armchairs. The entire interior is designed to balance warmth and coolness, softness and solidity, lightness and darkness, thereby creating an intriguing and cozy atmosphere where spending any amount of time feels pleasant and comfortable.

In the children's rooms, we introduced color, but not bright and active tones—rather, muted and soothing shades that are pleasant to the eye. Each children's area was designed to accommodate multiple functions, depending on the age of its future occupant. For a 13-year-old girl, we created a room with a spacious work zone, as well as a relaxation area, a bedroom, and her own walk-in closet. For two boys, aged 7 and 8, we organized a "playground" with a sports area, workspaces, and bedrooms, while also including a small walk-in closet. Lastly, for the youngest member of the family, a one-year-old baby, we designed a cozy, compact room with a crib, playpen, storage space, and a nanny's bedroom area.
